4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool
Villa Kondarini is a maisonette that measures 240 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 10 persons! Entering the house, you find the spacious living room with view of the sea on your left, as well as the dining area. There is also the second living room with the fireplace and the comfortable corner couch. On the same level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom that features a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor features an open-plan office with a desk and a PC, as well as three bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with a double bed – the other two are equipped with two single beds each. On this level, you will also find two bathrooma, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. If your group consists of more than 8 guests, we can add two foldable beds to the bedrooms with the single beds. Both floors have furnished balconies, and all rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The basement is equipped with a pool table and a treadmill.
The outdoors features a 7m x 3m swimming pool with loungers and parasols, as well as a built BBQ and a dining area – the perfect place for deep relaxation!
